I’m all-American and traditional, just like the burgers Dad used to make on the grill out back. But with a little Liberty flair. I come with classic toppings–lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles–and am cooked just the way you want. Go all out with bacon and your choice of cheese and reminisce on the good ol’ days with me.
Named after a beautiful, beloved icon, I had pretty big shoes to fill. And I think she would be proud! Why? Because I’m an instant classic — always stylish– and my lamb patty, dressed to the nines with Greek accessories, is all the rage, dahling.
Peace, brother and sister. We’re all friends here. I’ve jammed with Hendrix, yoga-d with yogis, and hugged many a tree. For the love of our earth Mother, get full with our grains and seeds and chickpeas!
A freethinker of sorts, I move to the beat of my own little drummer. I’m ground turkey topped with our fair Liberty mustard and more. On the grounds of my cracked wheat bun, I stand apart from the others and I stand for your right to chow down! All hail our Liberty! *contains nuts
Mornin’! No need to change out of your sweat pants for me. In fact, that elastic waist band might come in handy here. I am the ultimate combo of breakfast and burgers. All the goodness of the sunrise – applewood-smoked bacon, ham, hashbrowns and a fried egg – stacked into one meaty meal.
Aloha! While we might not be shredding gnarly waves off the coast of Waikiki, a bite of me will have you believing it’s a possibility, brah. My seared and chopped Ahi Tuna is swimmingly perfected, and the sesame slaw and wasabi aioli make me a perfect 10.
Howdy, partner! The name’s Wild West. Saddle up with me after a hard day of trail blazing and it’ll take the hitch outta yer giddy-up. Try me for a taste that’s as tried and true as our Republic of Texas itself.

Hola, amigo! Looking for something a little bit out of the ordinary? No problemo! I’m 50% crunchy tortilla strips, 50% creamy avocado and refried beans, and 100% delicioso. Open up and take a big bite—your taste buds will be saying “Gracias!” in no time. De nada.
With me, all the bases are covered. I got your veggie, I got your cheese, I got your sauce, and I got a lil’ extra crunch to boot. There aren’t many things more beautiful than queso blanco and baby bella mushrooms—well besides me, of course. Everything you want, and then some.
Still reminiscing of that weekend in wine country? While I can’t book you a one-way ticket to California, I can give you a little taste of fond food memories. From my wild arugula, to my rich gorgonzola, I’m farm-fresh and ready for the eating! So, dig in and forget that you’re not in Napa Valley, if only for a few minutes.
Spice, spice, baby. I am one hot commodity, if you know what I mean. My queso blanco, flame-roasted Poblanos, and Chipotle BBQ sauce will sound all your alarms and get you sizzlin’! It’s getting hot in here!
SALADS, SANDWICHES & SIDES
Leave it to the Kale Mary to save the day! Baby kale with red cabbage, shredded carrots, goat cheese, quinoa, blueberries, cranberries, tomatoes, seasoned croutons, and Poppyseed dressing.
Our Crunchy salad is a Green Liberty favorite! With Spring greens, feta cheese, cranberries, maple almonds, walnuts, tart green apples, seasoned croutons, and Buttermilk Garlic dressing, this salad is no boring salad, indeed.
A new addition to the classics, this southwest-styled salad takes a more rustic approach to eating green. Spring greens, charred corn and black bean salsa, tortilla strips, shredded cheddar cheese and tomato wedges. Served with Chipotle Ranch Dressing.
Feeling rebellious? Try The Traitor on healthy multi-grain bread. It’s a grilled chicken sandwich with Swiss cheese, apple-wood smoked bacon, onion, avocado, lettuce, tomato, and basil garlic aioli. So delicious, the burgers may even be jealous!
You can’t go wrong with a classic. You can kick it up a notch, though. Our grilled cheese is a union of Cheddar, American, and Swiss cheese with pickles on healthy multi-grain bread. Add bacon and tomato for a dollar more!
Our skinny fries are simple – cut thin and seasoned with sea salt. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.
Sweet Potato Fries
Thick cut and dusted with brown sugar – a perfect compliment to the already rich flavor we all love about sweet potatoes.
Big O Rings
When we say big, we mean big. Our Big O Rings are done steak-house style and made to order, cooked in our house-made buttermilk batter. Did we mention they were big?
Thick-cut curly fries loaded with queso blanco, pico de gallo, jalapeños and crumbled bacon.
Shakes, Floats & Malts
We have rich and creamy custard shakes in traditional flavors like Chocolate, Strawberry, and Vanilla. If you want to try something new, go for with our Caramel & Sea Salt, Nutella & Graham Cracker. Oreo, Heath Bar, Mint Chocolate Chip or Peanut Butter Chocolate shakes. Make it a malt for no extra charge.
These mini pies are the perfect finish to a great meal. Hand-whipped meringue is piled high on chocolate pies while the mini fruit pies have hand-laid butter lattice work. Made fresh every day!
Ice Cream Sandwich
We mix Oreos and Baileys Irish Cream into our vanilla custard. You are never too old for an Ice Cream Sandwich. Especially like this.
Like you drank when you were little, but better. Citrus infused vodka and OJ spun into our creamy vanilla custard.
Despite their silence, we figured out the Monks’ secret. Vanilla custard blended with graham cracker crumbles and Frangelico Hazelnut Liqueur.
Watch out! Sweet vanilla custard swirled with creamy chocolate, Kahlua Midnight, and Baileys Irish Cream.
A generous serving of our rich and creamy custard mixed into Kahlua topped with a sprinkle of coffee to create this White Russian flavored shake.
